How do I automatically send each district manager a daily summary of their location performance?
WebRun opens Revel Systems every morning, pulls prior-day sales, labor percentage, and exceptions for every location, groups them by district, and posts a personalized digest to each district manager in Slack. Every manager starts the day knowing their locations' performance without logging into the Revel console themselves.
- Every district manager has a location performance snapshot in Slack before their first store call
- Exceptions surfaced in the digest before they escalate into bigger issues
- District managers spend zero time logging into Revel for daily performance checks
Built for multi-location restaurant groups · franchise district managers · retail area managers · operations directors

Questions, answered
How does WebRun know which locations belong to which district manager?
You configure a mapping of district manager Slack handles to their Revel location tags during setup. WebRun reads this mapping each run so changes to districts are reflected immediately.
Can the digest include data from other systems besides Revel?
The core digest pulls from Revel Systems. You can extend it to include Google Sheets targets or an Airtable exception log by adding those sources to the workflow during setup.
What if a district manager is on leave and should not receive the digest?
Update the Slack handle in your configuration mapping and WebRun will direct that district's digest to whoever is covering. No template changes are needed.
