Questions, answered
Will it post any journal entries to QuickBooks automatically?
No. WebRun adds only a memo note to the QuickBooks liability account. Any journal entries or adjustments are made by your finance team after reviewing the digest.
Can it flag cards that have been dormant for a long time?
Yes. You can configure a dormancy period during setup and WebRun will flag any cards with no redemption activity beyond that period alongside the expiry alerts.
What counts as a high-value card?
You set the high-value threshold during setup. Any individual card with a balance above that amount is listed separately in the Slack digest for visibility.
