Log every frozen section result as it happens

Every few minutes during the surgical day, WebRun opens Nextech, reads each newly logged frozen section result, records the block number, stage, and margin status to a running Google Sheet for your QA file, and prepares a same-day attestation record in DocuSign for the reading physician to review and sign.

In short

How do I keep a real-time log of Mohs frozen section results?

WebRun checks Nextech every few minutes during the surgical day for each new frozen section result, logs the block number, stage, and margin status to a running Google Sheet, and pre-fills a same-day attestation record in DocuSign. The reading physician still reviews and signs it personally, giving your practice a real-time, audit-ready pathology log.

  • Every frozen section reading is logged the same minute it's entered in Nextech
  • Positive margins are flagged in the QA log for immediate review
  • Attestation records are pre-filled and ready the same day, not reconstructed later

Questions, answered

Does WebRun sign the attestation for the physician?

No. It only pre-fills the attestation with the day's block numbers and results in DocuSign. The reading physician still has to review and sign it personally.

What counts as a frozen section result?

Any stage reading logged in Nextech with a block number and a margin call of clear or positive. Each one gets its own row in the QA log the moment it's logged.

Can we use this log for compliance audits?

Yes. Every reading is time stamped with the block number, stage, and margin result, giving you a running record built the same day the reading happens, not reconstructed afterward.
