Does it book patients into the open slots?
No. WebRun only compares demand to supply and posts a capacity digest for your scheduler. Booking each patient stays a human step, so the workflow surfaces where the gaps are without moving anyone into a slot on its own.
How does it respect physician state licensing?
It only counts a physician's open slots as capacity for the states they are licensed to certify in. Demand and supply are compared per state, so it never suggests filling a slot with a patient the physician cannot certify.
Are patient identities in the digest?
No. The Slack digest shows counts by state and physician only, never patient names or references, so it gives a capacity picture without exposing any protected health information.
