How do I audit external guest access in Microsoft Teams?
Every Monday WebRun opens Microsoft Teams, goes through each team and channel, and lists the external guests who still have access along with the team, the channel, and when they last posted. It records the review in Trello and texts the workspace owner through Twilio about guests gone quiet.
- Contractors and ex partners are removed once a project ends
- Every team's guest list is reviewed weekly, not yearly
- Stale guest access is measured by last activity, not guesswork
Built for IT admins · workspace owners · security teams · operations managers

How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it remove guests from my teams?
No. Removing someone cuts their access to shared files immediately and cannot be undone quietly, so WebRun only reports. A team owner makes every removal in Microsoft Teams.
Does it read our messages?
No. This run stays on membership: teams, channels, members, guests, and last activity dates. It never opens a conversation or reads message content.
How does it decide a guest is stale?
It compares each guest's last activity against the window you set, for example 60 days, and lists anyone past it. Guests still posting are left off the review-now list entirely.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
