How do I track my class's weekly Memrise streaks?
WebRun checks every learner's Memrise streak and weekly points every Monday and posts an encouraging scorecard to Microsoft Teams. It also creates a Trello card for anyone whose streak broke that week, so teachers can follow up personally instead of learners quietly falling off without anyone noticing.
- Streak progress is visible to the class every Monday
- Broken streaks get a private follow up instead of public callouts
- Teachers can re-engage learners before they fall further behind

Questions, answered
Does it single out students publicly?
It posts an encouraging group scorecard and only flags broken streaks privately as Trello cards for the teacher, not by name in the Teams post.
What if a learner never had a streak to begin with?
They're simply reported as no current streak on the scorecard. Only a broken streak, one that existed and then stopped, gets a Trello card.
Does it reset anyone's streak?
No. WebRun only reads and reports streak data from Memrise. It never changes a learner's account.
