Questions, answered
Will it post to my Meetup group or message members?
No. WebRun only reads your Meetup events and posts internally to Microsoft Teams and Telegram. Announcements, reminders and member messages stay something a human writes and publishes.
How does it decide an event is under-booked?
You give it a target and an expected pace, for example 60 percent of capacity by seven days out. WebRun compares each event against that curve and only alerts on the ones falling behind.
Does it handle several events at once?
Yes. Every upcoming event in your group appears in the Teams table, sorted by the soonest date, and each is measured against the pace for its own days remaining.
