In short

How do I automatically track my machine shop's on-time delivery performance?

WebRun compares every job's promised ship date in ProShop ERP against its actual ship date, cross checks the invoice date in QuickBooks, and posts your on-time delivery percentage to Slack each Monday along with the jobs that missed. Operations gets a clean weekly score without pulling ship dates and invoices into a spreadsheet by hand.

  • Your OTD score lands in Slack every Monday with zero manual pulling
  • Late jobs get surfaced with days late instead of buried in the ERP
  • Ship dates get cross checked against invoicing automatically

Built for CNC machine shops · precision manufacturers · operations managers · production control

Good to know

Questions, answered

Does it contact customers about late jobs?

No. WebRun only posts an internal report to Slack. It never emails or messages a customer about a late shipment on its own.

Where does the ship date come from?

It reads the promised and actual ship dates you already log on each job in ProShop ERP, so the score matches your own shop records.

Why check QuickBooks too?

Cross checking the invoice date catches jobs marked shipped in ProShop ERP that were not actually invoiced, so the score reflects what really went out the door.
