In short

How do I track compression garment orders from vendors automatically?

WebRun reads your garment vendor emails in Gmail each morning, matches every confirmation and shipping update to the patient's order in LymphaTech, and updates each status from placed to delivered. It then posts your fitter a Slack digest grouping orders by delivered, in transit, and overdue, so nothing stalls and overdue items get chased fast.

  • Overdue and backordered garments surface at the top of the digest
  • Every order's status stays current without checking each vendor portal
  • Delivered garments ready to dispense are called out for patient pickup

Questions, answered

Does it reply to the vendor or chase the order itself?

No. WebRun reads the vendor emails and posts an internal Slack digest, flagging overdue orders. Chasing the vendor is left to your team, so no message goes out without a person deciding to send it.

How does it know an order is overdue?

It compares each order's expected ship or delivery date against today. Any order past that date with no shipping update is grouped as overdue at the top of the digest so it is easy to chase.

What if a vendor email does not match a known order?

It notes any update it cannot match to an order in LymphaTech and lists it separately in the digest, so your team can reconcile it rather than have it silently dropped.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
