Chase the videos still waiting on a reviewer

Every morning, WebRun opens Lumen5, lists videos that have been finished or exported but are still sitting unapproved, works out how many days each has been waiting, drafts a short Gmail nudge to the reviewer for you to send, and posts the content channel a Slack list ranked by waiting time.

In short

How do I chase reviewers who have not approved finished videos?

WebRun opens Lumen5 every morning and lists videos that are finished but still waiting on approval, with the reviewer and days waiting for each. It drafts a Gmail nudge per reviewer for you to send and posts the content channel a Slack list ranked by how long each has waited.

  • Finished videos stop sitting unpublished for weeks
  • Each reviewer gets one combined nudge rather than several
  • Every email is read and sent by a person

Questions, answered

Will it publish a video once it is approved?

No. WebRun never publishes, shares, or exports a Lumen5 video. It reports what is waiting and leaves publishing entirely to your team.

Do reviewers get emailed automatically?

No. Each nudge is left as an unsent Gmail draft. You read it and press send, so no reviewer hears from the automation without your approval.

How often does the same reviewer get chased?

Once per run at most, and all their waiting videos are combined into a single email rather than one message per video, so a busy reviewer gets one clear list.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
