Keep goals in Lattice actually up to date
Every Monday, WebRun opens Lattice, lists active goals with no progress update in the last month along with their owner, team, and due date, posts each owner a short nudge in Microsoft Teams naming their stale goals, and sends your People lead a WhatsApp summary showing which teams are keeping goals current and which are not.

Questions, answered
Does it edit goals or write progress updates in Lattice?
No. WebRun reads Lattice and reports what is stale. Every progress update, status change, and comment is written by the person who owns the goal, so the record stays theirs.
How stale is stale?
No progress update in the last month by default, and you can tighten it to a fortnight or loosen it to a quarter. Goals updated inside the window are never flagged, so active work is left alone.
Will people be nudged over and over?
Each owner gets one Teams message a week listing all of their stale goals. A person with three untouched goals is nudged once, and the nudge stops as soon as the goals are updated.
