Brief your prescriber before every new patient's first infusion

As soon as a new patient submits their intake and screening forms, WebRun reads the medical history, baseline PHQ-9 and GAD-7 scores, and any contraindication flags in OptiMantra, checks their upcoming consult time in Google Calendar, and posts a one page summary to Slack for the prescriber to review before the first appointment is confirmed.

In short

How do I brief the prescriber on a new ketamine patient before their first visit?

WebRun reads every new patient's intake and screening forms in OptiMantra as soon as they arrive, pulls their history and baseline PHQ-9 and GAD-7 scores, and flags any contraindication such as uncontrolled hypertension or active psychosis. It posts a one page summary to Slack ahead of the scheduled consult, so the prescriber walks in prepared.

  • Prescribers walk into every first consult with a summary already prepared
  • Contraindication flags surface before the appointment, not during it
  • No new patient's history sits unreviewed while waiting on a manual chart pull

Questions, answered

Does WebRun clear patients for treatment on its own?

No. It only summarizes the intake and flags anything that needs a closer look. A prescriber always makes the final call on whether to proceed with a patient.

What counts as a contraindication flag?

Things like uncontrolled hypertension, active psychosis, or pregnancy noted on the intake form. Any of these are placed at the top of the Slack summary so the prescriber sees them first.

Is any of this sent to the patient?

No. The summary is posted internally to your intake review channel for the prescriber only. WebRun never messages the patient as part of this workflow.

Put this on autopilot.
