In short

How do I track and export stalled candidates from my Jobvite pipeline?

WebRun reviews Jobvite every Monday for candidates who have sat in the same pipeline stage past your threshold. It logs each one to a Notion tracker and exports the full stale list to Google Sheets, sorted with the longest delays first, so recruiting ops has one place to see where the pipeline is actually stuck.

  • Recruiting ops gets one weekly view of every stuck candidate
  • Longest delays always surface at the top of the sheet
  • A running Notion history builds up for pipeline reviews

Questions, answered

Does it contact the candidate about the delay?

No. WebRun only logs stalled candidates internally in Notion and Google Sheets. It never emails or messages the candidate.

What counts as stalled?

Any candidate past the days-in-stage threshold you set for that pipeline. The sheet always sorts the longest-stalled candidates first.

Does it remove candidates from the pipeline?

No, it only reads and reports stage and time-in-stage from Jobvite. Any pipeline decision stays with your recruiters.
