Move the candidates stuck in the same stage
Every Monday, WebRun signs into JazzHR, works through every open job, finds candidates who have sat in the same workflow stage past your limit, records the job, the stage, the days waiting, and the hiring manager in Airtable, then leaves a drafted nudge email in Gmail for the recruiter to send.

How do I find candidates who have stalled in my hiring pipeline?
Every Monday WebRun signs into JazzHR, works through the pipeline, and finds candidates sitting in the same workflow stage past your limit. It records each one's job, stage, days waiting, and hiring manager in Airtable, then leaves a drafted nudge email in Gmail for the recruiter to send.
- Strong applicants stop being lost to silence
- Every stalled candidate names the person holding them up
- The nudge is written before Monday's stand-up, ready to send

How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it email candidates or hiring managers on its own?
No. Every email is written and left in Gmail Drafts. WebRun never sends, so a recruiter reads each nudge and decides whether it goes out, and no candidate hears from an automated system.
Does it change candidate stages in JazzHR?
No. It reads the pipeline and reports on it. Moving a candidate forward, rejecting them, or editing a workflow stage stays a human decision inside JazzHR.
How long is too long in a stage?
You set the limit per stage, for example 5 days for a screen and 10 for a hiring manager review, and WebRun flags anyone past it. Change the limit and next Monday's run uses the new one.
