  • Revenue and job counts are visible in Slack before the Monday morning standup
  • Inspector and service-type breakdowns reveal where the week's volume came from
  • Collected vs. invoiced figures highlight outstanding balances at a glance

Questions, answered

Is this report sent to clients or external parties?

No. This is a purely internal report posted to your team Slack channel. It never shares financial data with clients, agents, or anyone outside your business.

What is the difference between invoiced revenue and collected revenue in the report?

Invoiced revenue is the total value of all invoices raised last week. Collected revenue is only what has been paid. The gap between the two shows you what is still outstanding.

Can it also pull revenue from HomeGauge or ISN instead of Spectora?

Yes. If your job data lives in HomeGauge (homegauge.com) or ISN (inspectionsupport.com), WebRun can pull job counts from those platforms and combine them with the QuickBooks revenue figures.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
