Track every open application and get a daily status digest
Every morning, WebRun opens EZLynx, finds every policy application currently in progress, notes the status stage, the assigned producer, and how many days the application has been open, logs the data to a Google Sheet tracker, and posts a Slack digest grouped by producer so stalled applications are visible immediately.

How can I automatically track open policy applications and spot stalled ones every day?
WebRun checks EZLynx every morning for all open policy applications, logs each one to a Google Sheet tracker with the stage, producer, and days open, and posts a Slack digest grouped by producer. Applications stalled beyond 10 days are flagged automatically so managers can intervene before a sale is lost.
- Stalled applications are flagged automatically every morning before a producer has to ask
- Managers get a full pipeline view grouped by producer without pulling EZLynx reports
- The Google Sheet gives a running history of every application and its stage progression

Questions, answered
Does it change any application statuses in EZLynx?
No. WebRun reads application statuses from EZLynx but never updates, submits, or modifies any record. All data changes are made by your team.
What does 'stalled' mean in the digest?
By default, any application open for more than 10 days without a status change is flagged as stalled. You can adjust this threshold when you configure the workflow.
Can producers see only their own applications in the Slack digest?
The default digest is grouped by producer in a shared channel. If you prefer, you can configure it to send each producer a private Slack message with only their own open applications.
