EZLynx Automated Claims Status Follow-Up

Every Monday, WebRun opens EZLynx, finds every open claim linked to your policyholders, drafts a brief status update email for each affected client via Gmail, and logs the current claim status and notes into a Google Sheet so your team always has a live claims register.

In short

How can I automatically send claim status updates to clients without manual follow-up?

WebRun opens EZLynx every Monday, finds every open claim across your policyholder book, drafts a brief status update email in Gmail for each affected client, and logs the current claim status into a Google Sheet claims register. Draft emails wait for staff review before any client receives them.

  • Every client with an open claim gets a draft status email prepared each week without manual effort
  • The Google Sheet claims register stays current with EZLynx data every Monday
  • Staff spend time reviewing and sending updates, not hunting for claim statuses

Questions, answered

Will it send claim status emails to clients automatically?

No. Every draft status email is left unsent in Gmail for your team to review, personalize, and send. No message goes to a client without staff approval.

Does it pull the status directly from the carrier?

It reads whatever claim status and notes are recorded in EZLynx. If your team updates EZLynx from carrier communications, those updates are reflected in the next run.

What happens when a claim is closed?

Closed claims are excluded from the open-claims list on the next run. The Google Sheet retains the full history, including the closed date and final status, for your records.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
