It includes a transport note field in each draft based on the appointment location and the individual's transportation needs recorded in Therap. The coordinator can edit the draft before sending if transport arrangements change.
What if an appointment is canceled in Therap before Monday's run?
It reads live appointment data from Therap on the Monday morning run, so any appointment canceled before the run will not appear in the drafts. If canceled after drafts are created, the coordinator should delete the relevant draft.
