Catch offline chart sync failures early
Every few minutes, WebRun opens CGM APRIMA, checks the sync queue for offline visit charts that have come back online, flags any chart, order, or result that failed to sync or has been pending more than 30 minutes, logs it to a Google Sheet, and posts a Slack alert to your care team so a stalled chart never sits unresolved.

How do I catch offline chart sync failures in CGM APRIMA before they cause problems?
WebRun checks the CGM APRIMA offline sync queue every few minutes for visit charts, orders, or results that have not synced back within 30 minutes of the provider reconnecting. It logs each stalled item to a Google Sheet and posts a Slack alert naming the provider and patient, so a note from a home visit never sits stranded unnoticed.
- Stalled offline charts are caught within minutes, not discovered days later
- Every stalled sync is logged with the provider and how long it has been stuck
- Resolved syncs drop off the tracker automatically from live CGM APRIMA status
Built for home based primary care practices · clinical operations managers · practice IT coordinators · house call providers

Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Does this send any patient data outside the practice?
No. Everything stays internal. The Google Sheet and Slack alert use patient initials only and are both restricted to your own practice's workspace, so no protected health information leaves the organization.
How long does a sync have to be stuck before it's flagged?
By default, anything pending more than 30 minutes after the provider's device reconnects gets flagged, with a separate priority flag past 2 hours. Both thresholds can be adjusted in your run settings.
What happens once the sync resolves itself?
WebRun checks the live queue every run. Once an item finishes syncing in CGM APRIMA, it drops off the tracker automatically and is marked resolved rather than staying on the alert list.
