Get every patient's advance directive on file
Every Monday, WebRun opens CGM APRIMA, finds every active homebound patient with no advance directive or POLST on file, prepares the appropriate form as a DocuSign envelope ready for the patient's next visit, leaves it unsent until a provider reviews it, and posts a Slack reminder listing which upcoming visits should include the conversation.

How do I make sure every homebound patient has a current advance directive on file?
WebRun checks CGM APRIMA every Monday for homebound patients missing a current advance directive or POLST, prepares the form as an unsent DocuSign envelope ahead of their next visit, and posts a Slack reminder sorted by visit date. The provider still has the conversation and sends the form, so nothing reaches a patient without it.
- No upcoming visit passes without a reminder if the conversation is still needed
- The form is ready to go the moment the conversation happens, nothing prepared last minute
- Patients who complete a directive elsewhere drop off the list automatically once it's recorded

Questions, answered
Will it send the advance directive form to a patient to sign automatically?
No. WebRun only prepares the DocuSign envelope and leaves it unsent. Sending it, and having the actual conversation with the patient, always stays with the provider during the visit.
How does it decide a document needs updating rather than just missing?
It checks the date on file against your practice's review period, so a directive that is on file but past due for review is flagged the same way as one that was never completed.
What if the patient completed a directive somewhere else, like at a hospital?
Once that document is uploaded and recorded in CGM APRIMA, the patient's status updates and they drop off the following Monday's reminder automatically.
