In short

How do I automatically send field technicians their daily service job dispatch?

WebRun reads the day's field service schedule from e-Emphasys every morning, checks each technician's Google Calendar for conflicts, and sends every technician a plain-language dispatch brief via Telegram before first call. The service manager also receives a full-day summary, and any scheduling conflict is flagged for immediate reassignment.

  • Technicians start the day knowing exactly where to go and what to bring
  • Scheduling conflicts are surfaced to the manager before 7 AM, not after a missed site visit
  • Dispatch manager has a full daily summary without manually collating the schedule

Questions, answered

Will it reassign jobs if a technician is unavailable?

No. WebRun flags the conflict to the dispatch manager in Telegram but never reassigns a job on its own. The manager makes that call.

Can it send briefs to technicians who do not use Telegram?

The workflow currently uses Telegram for delivery. If your team prefers SMS, the same dispatch brief can be routed via Twilio instead. Let us know during setup.

Does it update e-Emphasys when a job is completed in the field?

No. WebRun reads the schedule each morning and sends the brief. Technicians update job status directly in e-Emphasys Mobile Field Service as they always have.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
