Questions, answered
Does WebRun automatically contact staff to fill open shifts?
No. WebRun alerts your manager to the gaps and the available staff. The manager reaches out to staff directly and makes the scheduling decision.
Can it check multiple locations at once?
Yes. If you manage multiple Heartland locations, WebRun can check coverage gaps across all of them and group the alert by location so each manager sees their own gaps.
What counts as a coverage gap?
A shift with no assigned employee is always flagged. You can also set a minimum headcount per role, and WebRun will flag any shift below that minimum even if some staff are assigned.
