Roll out price changes across Heartland locations without errors

When you upload an updated price list, WebRun reads each item and new price from your Google Sheet, navigates to the corresponding product in Heartland, applies the updated price, and logs every change to a separate audit sheet. Once the rollout is complete, it posts a summary to Slack with item count and any items it could not match.

  • Hundreds of price changes applied in Heartland without manual item-by-item editing
  • Full audit trail with old and new prices captured in Google Sheets
  • Unmatched items flagged in Slack so nothing slips through

Questions, answered

What format does the price-change list need to be in?

A Google Sheet with one row per item, a column for the SKU or item name, and a column for the new price. WebRun reads it directly from your sheet, no special export required.

What happens if an item name in my sheet does not match Heartland exactly?

WebRun adds it to the exceptions list and skips that item without making any change. The Slack summary flags every exception so you can correct the name and re-run.

Can I roll back a price change if there was an error?

The audit log in Google Sheets records every old price and new price with a timestamp, so you can use it as a reference to revert any specific item manually in Heartland.
