Does it automatically place purchase orders with suppliers?
No. WebRun flags the low-stock items and posts the reorder list for your buyer to act on. Purchase orders are created and sent by a human to avoid accidental orders.
Can I set different reorder points for different product categories?
Yes. WebRun reads the reorder point already configured on each item in Heartland, so you just set the thresholds once in your POS and the automation respects them.
What if every item is fully stocked?
WebRun posts a brief confirmation to Slack noting that no items are below their reorder point, so the team knows the check ran without seeing a flood of empty alerts.
