In short

How do I plan and roll out Etsy price changes with market data?

When you trigger a price-change rollout, WebRun reads your Etsy listings and checks Marmalead for competition and demand on each one. It builds a ranked rollout checklist in Google Sheets, flags high-risk price changes against market data, and drafts any buyer communication notes in Gmail for your approval before you touch a single listing price.

  • Every price change checked against live Marmalead market-price data before you act
  • High-risk listings flagged first so you never accidentally price yourself out of search
  • A permanent record of every rollout decision in Google Sheets for future reference

Questions, answered

Will it change prices on my Etsy listings automatically?

No. WebRun builds the checklist and flags the risk, but you edit each listing price in Etsy yourself. Every price change requires your deliberate action.

How does it decide which price changes are high risk?

It compares your proposed price against the Marmalead market-price range for that keyword. If your new price sits above the range, it flags that listing as higher risk and puts it at the top of the checklist.

Can I use this for a seasonal sale as well as a price increase?

Yes. It works for both price increases and reductions. For a sale, it will flag listings where a discount takes your price below the Marmalead market range, which could affect perceived value.
