Draft producer settlement statements the moment grain is priced

Every morning, WebRun opens Ceres, finds grain priced or settled against a contract since the last run, builds each producer's settlement statement from the applied tickets and price, posts the payable to QuickBooks, and drafts a settlement email to the producer that waits in Gmail for your review before it goes out.

In short

How do I generate producer settlement statements when grain is priced?

Every morning, WebRun opens Ceres, finds grain priced against a contract, and builds each producer's settlement statement from the applied tickets, price, and deductions. It enters the payable in QuickBooks unapproved and drafts a settlement email in Gmail, left unsent for your review, so no money moves and no producer is emailed without your approval.

  • Settlement statements are built the day grain prices, not days later
  • Every producer email waits as a draft for your review before sending
  • Payables are entered in QuickBooks but never paid without approval

Questions, answered

Will it email the producer without my approval?

No. WebRun leaves every settlement email as an unsent draft in Gmail. You review the bushels, price, and net due, then send it yourself, so nothing reaches a producer until you approve it.

Does it pay the producer automatically?

No. WebRun only enters the settlement as a payable in QuickBooks and leaves it unapproved. Payment stays in your hands, run when you choose after reviewing the statement.

How does it calculate the net due?

It reads the applied scale tickets, contract price, and deductions in Ceres for each producer, then shows gross value, shrink and discount deductions, and the net amount due on the statement.
