Stop paying for phone seats nobody uses
Every Monday, WebRun signs in to GoTo Connect, lists the users, extensions, phone numbers, and devices on the account, checks which have had no calls for longer than your cutoff, opens a Trello card for each seat worth reclaiming, and messages you the monthly total sitting idle.

How do I find unused phone seats and extensions on my account?
Every Monday, WebRun signs in to GoTo Connect and lists every user, extension, phone number, and device with its last call activity. It opens a Trello card for each idle seat or orphaned extension and messages your ops group the totals on WhatsApp, so the phone bill matches the people actually answering.
- Seats left behind by leavers are named every week, not at renewal
- Orphaned extensions and unregistered devices surface in the same audit
- The phone bill is reviewed against real call activity, not a headcount guess

Questions, answered
Will it remove users or release phone numbers?
No. WebRun reads the account and queues a Trello card for each seat worth reclaiming. Removing a user, releasing a number, or changing a licence is always done by you, so nobody loses their phone by mistake.
How does it decide a seat is idle?
By last call activity against a cutoff you set, commonly 60 days with no inbound or outbound call. The card always shows the exact last call date so you can check before reclaiming anything.
Does it contact the users?
No. The WhatsApp message goes to your internal ops group and the cards sit on your own board. Staff are never messaged about their phone usage.
