In short

How do I get tomorrow's GoodTime interview schedule automatically?

WebRun checks GoodTime every afternoon for tomorrow's scheduled interviews, logs the full panel and timing to Google Sheets, and updates each candidate's Notion page with the details. Recruiting coordinators start the day with the lineup already organized instead of piecing it together from GoodTime by hand.

  • Recruiters get tomorrow's full interview lineup the afternoon before
  • Unconfirmed panelists are flagged before the day starts
  • Every candidate's Notion page stays current without manual updates

Good to know

Questions, answered

Does it reschedule or cancel interviews?

No. WebRun only reads the schedule GoodTime already has confirmed. It never books, moves, or cancels an interview itself.

Will it contact the candidate?

No. It only updates internal Notion pages and a Google Sheets log for your recruiting team. It never emails or messages the candidate.

How does it flag an unconfirmed panelist?

It reads the panelist confirmation status already recorded in GoodTime, so a flagged interview means GoodTime itself shows it as unconfirmed.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
