Questions, answered

Who receives the clearance email?

Only your own store managers or team, on an internal address list you set. WebRun never emails a customer or supplier. The clearance list is an internal prompt to act, not an offer sent to anyone outside.

Does it apply the markdown or transfer itself?

No. WebRun only suggests a clearance action for each batch. Applying a markdown, moving stock, or returning it to the supplier stays your decision inside GoFrugal, so nothing changes without a person acting.

How far ahead does it look?

As far as you choose. Set a risk window, for example 30 to 60 days, and WebRun lists any batch expiring inside it, soonest first, so you always have time to clear the stock at full or near-full value.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
