How does it define aged inventory?
By default it flags items with no sales in the last 30 days. You can set your own thresholds at setup, for example 45 days for trees and 21 days for annuals, to match each category's typical turn.
Is the report kept anywhere besides Slack?
Yes. Every week's aged-inventory list is appended to a Google Sheet, so you can track how long each item has been flagged and whether markdowns are clearing stock over time.
