In short

How do I automatically follow up on abandoned furniture quotes?

Every Monday, WebRun opens MicroD and STORIS, finds open quotes with no activity in 7 or more days, and drafts a warm, personalized follow-up email in Gmail for each customer. Sales associates receive a Slack summary of stale quotes with drafts ready to review, helping them re-engage customers before the opportunity fades.

  • No open quote goes more than a week without a follow-up touchpoint
  • Associates start Monday with a ready-to-send list of stale quote drafts
  • Quotes closed or purchased are automatically excluded from future runs

Questions, answered

Will it reach out to customers automatically?

No. Every follow-up email is saved as a Gmail draft and listed in Slack for the assigned associate. The associate reviews and decides whether to send before any message reaches the customer.

How does it decide a quote is stale?

By default, a quote with no update or customer activity in 7 or more days is considered stale. You can adjust this threshold in your WebRun settings to match your store's sales cycle.

What if a customer has already purchased or said they are not interested?

Associates review every draft before sending. If a customer has moved on, the associate can discard the draft or close the quote in MicroD or STORIS so it does not appear in future runs.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
