How do I automatically track which LPs have not funded a capital call?
WebRun checks Carta every morning for unfunded capital call commitments, logs each outstanding LP with their amount and due date to a Google Sheet, and posts a structured Slack summary to your fund team. LP reminder messages are drafted for human approval before any outreach is sent, keeping every call on track without bypassing your review.
- Every unfunded LP is identified each morning before the call deadline
- Outstanding balances are logged to a live Google Sheet for audit purposes
- Fund team sees a prioritized Slack list without manual Carta checks

Questions, answered
Will it contact LPs directly without my approval?
No. WebRun only tracks funding status and posts an internal Slack summary. Any LP reminder message is drafted and queued for your review before it is sent. Nothing goes to an LP without a human approving it first.
What if an LP funds partway through the day?
It reads live funding data in Carta on each morning run, so any LP who funded since the last check is automatically removed from the outstanding list the next day.
Can it track multiple open capital calls at once?
Yes. It loops through every active capital call in Carta and logs outstanding LPs per call to separate rows in the sheet, so each fund and call is tracked independently.
