In short

How do I automatically follow up on open customer freight quotes?

WebRun checks your Google Sheets quote log every morning for customer quotes that have gone unanswered for more than 24 hours. It pulls the current DAT spot rate for each open lane, then drafts a personalized follow-up email in Gmail for the assigned broker to review and send, so no quote goes cold without a timely, rate-aware nudge.

  • No customer quote goes unanswered for more than 24 hours
  • Follow-ups include current DAT spot rate context to prompt a decision
  • Brokers send with one click, spending time closing rather than composing

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens docs.google.com/spreadsheets in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

    • Skip quotes already marked as won, lost, or followed up

Done when All open quotes older than 24 hours are identified with their lane and customer details.

    • For lanes where the rate has moved, note the market movement as a reason to confirm now
    • Save each email as a Gmail draft for the assigned broker to review and send

Done when One Gmail draft exists per open quote, personalized with current rate context, ready for broker review.

Questions, answered

Will it send the follow-up emails on its own?

No. WebRun saves each follow-up as a Gmail draft for the assigned broker to review and send. No customer email goes out without a human approving it first.

How does it know the current market rate for the lane?

It looks up the lane in DAT One and reads the current spot rate. If the market has moved more than 5% since your original quote, it flags the change in the draft to give the broker a reason to close the deal now.

What counts as an open quote?

Any row in your Google Sheets quote log where the status is open and the sent date is more than 24 hours ago. You control the status values and the follow-up delay threshold.

Put this on autopilot.
