Can it pause a connector to save money?
No. WebRun reads the usage view and reports what it finds. It never pauses, resyncs, edits, or deletes a connector, so no pipeline is ever stopped without a human deciding.
What counts as a usage jump?
Any connector whose month-to-date usage is further above the same point in prior months than the tolerance you set. New connectors are always flagged in their first month regardless.
Will it message me every week?
Only when the projected month total is above your budget. Weeks that track inside budget produce Trello cards for any jumps and no WhatsApp message at all.
