In short

How do I tell buyers their firearm transfer is ready to pick up?

Every morning, WebRun opens FastBound, finds incoming transfer firearms newly received into the bound book, and drafts a friendly pickup-ready text to each buyer in Twilio. It queues every message for staff approval and posts your team a Slack list of who is ready to collect, so buyers hear the good news without any text going out unapproved.

  • Buyers learn their transfer arrived the same morning it is logged
  • Every pickup text waits for staff approval before it sends
  • Firearms leave the shelf faster instead of waiting on a phone call

Questions, answered

Will it text buyers without me?

No. WebRun drafts each pickup-ready text and queues it in Twilio unsent. A staff member reviews the queue and approves the send, so no buyer is texted until a person signs off.

What does the pickup text say?

A short, friendly note that the buyer's firearm has arrived and is ready to collect, plus your hours and an ID reminder. It never mentions another buyer or shares transfer details beyond that buyer's own.

Will a buyer get texted twice for the same transfer?

No. WebRun checks FastBound each run and skips any transfer already texted or marked picked up, so nobody gets a duplicate pickup message.

Put this on autopilot.
