Will it email suppliers to chase orders?
No. WebRun only posts an internal Slack list for your team to action. Any supplier contact is done by your team after reviewing the chase list.
How does it match supplier emails to JobNimbus jobs?
It looks for the supplier name and any order reference numbers mentioned in both JobNimbus notes and Gmail, then links them. Jobs with no match are flagged as unconfirmed.
What if materials are confirmed but the status in JobNimbus is not updated?
Update the job stage in JobNimbus once materials are confirmed and WebRun will remove it from the next day's chase list automatically.
