Questions, answered
Does this report go to guests or customers?
No. The weekly revenue report is posted to an internal management Slack channel only. No financial data is shared externally.
Can it compare performance against the same week last year?
Yes. Once you have a few months of data in the Google Sheets tracker, WebRun can add a year-on-year comparison column and include it in the Slack summary.
What if ROLLER has a reporting delay and some transactions are not yet settled?
WebRun pulls whatever is available in ROLLER at run time and notes the report date clearly. For settlement-sensitive figures, you can shift the run to Tuesday to allow Monday's transactions to settle.
