Will it delete or disable a Fastly service?
No. WebRun only reviews traffic and certificate data. Removing or changing a service is always a decision a person makes from the Trello card.
What counts as a stale service?
One with next to no real traffic over the last 30 days. It gets flagged for review, not removed, since a low traffic service can still be intentional.
How far ahead does it warn about certificate expiry?
It flags any TLS certificate expiring within 30 days, so there's time to renew before a service starts failing.
