Track an open insurance claim from filed to paid without calling

Every morning, WebRun signs in to Farmers, opens each claim you are tracking, reads its current status, any payment recorded against it, and any document the insurer is still waiting on, updates the claim's Trello card with a dated entry, and messages you on WhatsApp when something changed.

In short

How do I track the status of an insurance claim without calling?

WebRun checks your open Farmers claims every morning, reading the status, any payment recorded, and any document the insurer is waiting on. It logs a dated entry on each claim's Trello card and messages you on WhatsApp when something moved or stalled, so a stuck claim gets chased on day two.

  • Every status change is on your phone the morning it happens
  • A stalled claim is flagged in days rather than noticed in week six
  • Documents the insurer is waiting on never sit unnoticed

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens www.farmers.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
Farmers Insurance - read each claim's status
    • Sign in to Farmers and open each claim you are tracking against your policies
    • Read the current claim status and compare it against yesterday's recorded status
    • Note any payment amount or date shown against the claim
    • Capture any document or information the insurer has asked for and not yet received

Done when Every tracked claim has today's status, any payment, and any outstanding document request.

  3. 2
Trello - log the dated history
    trello.com How to Automate Trello
WebRun in Trello: log the dated history
WebRun opens Trello to log the dated history.
    • Find or open one Trello card per claim, titled with the claim number and the policy
    • Add a dated comment recording today's status, any payment, and any document requested
    • Move the card along your board when the claim reaches a new stage
    • Flag a card as stalled when the status has not changed for the number of days you set

Done when Each claim card carries a dated history with today's entry at the top.

  4. 3
WhatsApp - tell you what changed
    whatsapp.com How to Automate WhatsApp
WebRun in WhatsApp: tell you what changed
WebRun opens WhatsApp to tell you what changed.
    • Message yourself only when a claim's status, payment, or document request changed
    • Say plainly what moved and what the insurer is now waiting on
    • Include stalled claims once they cross your no-movement threshold, with the days since the last change

Done when You have been told about every claim that moved or stalled today.

Questions, answered

Will it file anything or contact my insurer?

No. WebRun only reads your claim pages. It never files a claim, submits a form, uploads a document, or sends a message to the insurer. Anything that needs saying is written into your Trello card for you to send yourself.

How does it know a claim has stalled?

It compares today's status against the one it recorded yesterday and counts the days since the last change, so a claim sitting still crosses the threshold you set and gets flagged.

What if the insurer is waiting on a document from me?

The outstanding request appears in the WhatsApp message and on the claim's Trello card the same morning, so a claim never stalls quietly because a form went unnoticed.

Put this on autopilot.
