Keep rooms working by flagging prop and maintenance issues

Every morning, WebRun opens your maintenance log in Google Sheets, identifies unresolved prop and room issues flagged by game masters or staff, posts a prioritised list to Slack for the operations team, and sends a Telegram alert for any issue marked urgent so nothing enters a live session unresolved.

In short

How do I automatically flag unresolved escape room maintenance issues each morning?

WebRun scans your Google Sheets maintenance log every morning for unresolved prop and room issues, posts a prioritised list to Slack for the operations team, and sends a Telegram alert for anything urgent or blocking a session booked that day. Issues open more than two days are flagged as overdue so nothing is forgotten before a live game.

  • No unresolved fault enters a live session undetected
  • Urgent issues flagged via Telegram before the venue opens
  • Issues open more than two days highlighted as overdue automatically

Questions, answered

Does it post maintenance alerts automatically or does a manager approve them first?

Both digests post automatically. The Slack operations list and Telegram urgent alerts are internal notifications only, not customer-facing, so no approval step is needed. Staff see flags as soon as the morning run completes.

How does it know which issues are urgent enough for a Telegram alert?

WebRun sends a Telegram alert for any issue marked urgent in the maintenance log, and for any open issue in a room that has sessions booked today. The next session time is included so the recipient can judge how quickly the fix is needed.

What if an issue is resolved after the morning run?

WebRun reads the live status from Google Sheets at the time of each run. Mark the issue as resolved in the sheet and it will not appear in tomorrow's digest. Completed issues are excluded automatically based on their status column.

Put this on autopilot.
