Win back lapsed Epos Now loyalty customers with personalised outreach

Every Monday, WebRun opens Epos Now, identifies loyalty customers who have not made a purchase in the past 60 days, pulls their purchase history and favourite product categories, drafts a personalised win-back email in Mailchimp for each lapsed customer, and leaves every email as a draft for your approval before it is sent.

In short

How do I automatically create win-back emails for lapsed Epos Now loyalty customers?

WebRun checks Epos Now loyalty data every Monday, finds customers who have not visited in 60 days, and drafts a personalised win-back email in Mailchimp for each one using their name and favourite categories. No email is sent or scheduled until you review and approve each draft.

Questions, answered

Will it send emails to customers without my approval?

No. Every win-back email is saved as a Mailchimp draft only. WebRun never schedules or sends emails to customers on its own. You review each draft and decide who gets sent what.

How does it define a lapsed customer?

By default, a customer who has not made a purchase in Epos Now in the past 60 days is considered lapsed. You can adjust this window to 30, 45, or 90 days to match your business.

What personalisation does it include in each email?

It uses the customer's first name, the product categories they buy most, and their last visit date to make each draft relevant. You can also supply a specific offer or discount code to include in every email.

Put this on autopilot.
