In short

How do I track RMA status changes and keep customer updates ready?

WebRun checks every open RMA in FactoryLogix each hour for a status change, posts your quality team a Slack alert naming the RMA and its new status, and drafts a Gmail customer update for review, so internal teams stay current in real time while every customer facing message still gets a person's review before it sends.

  • Status changes reach the quality team in Slack within the hour they happen
  • A customer ready update draft exists for every RMA that moves, not just the closed ones
  • RMAs stalled more than 5 business days get flagged before a customer has to ask

Questions, answered

Will it email the customer without me seeing it first?

No. Every customer status update is drafted in Gmail and left unsent. A person on your team reviews and sends it, so no RMA update reaches a customer on its own.

How does it know an RMA changed status?

It compares each open RMA's current status in FactoryLogix against what it recorded on the last check, so only RMAs that actually moved generate an alert.

What if an RMA sits without moving?

It flags any RMA that has stayed in the same status more than 5 business days in the Slack alert, so a stalled repair does not go unnoticed.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
