In short

How do I track my Ebury FX exposure across open positions?

WebRun checks your open Ebury FX positions and forward contracts every Monday, logs each one to Airtable, and emails you a summary of your currency exposure by pair. It never opens or closes a position itself, so you always know where your FX risk sits and when a contract is due to settle, without pulling the report yourself.

  • Currency exposure is summarized weekly without a manual pull
  • Upcoming settlements are flagged before they're due
  • A running Airtable log builds an exposure trend by currency

Questions, answered

Will it open or close an FX position for me?

No. WebRun never sends a payment, issues a refund, or transfers funds on its own, and it does not open or close FX positions either. It only reads open positions and reports on them, leaving every trading decision to you in Ebury.

Does it warn me about upcoming settlements?

Yes. Any position settling in the coming week is noted in the summary, so a settlement date doesn't catch you by surprise.

Can I see how exposure has changed over time?

Yes. Each Monday adds new rows to the same Airtable base, so the full history builds into an exposure trend by currency.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
