Does it contact customers or share customer details outside the team?
No. The dispatch message goes to your internal Telegram operations group only. Customer contact details are not included in the Telegram post.
What if a job is added or cancelled after the morning dispatch runs?
Late additions or cancellations in Starlight are not automatically pushed to Telegram after the morning run. Your dispatcher can manually post an update to the Telegram group for any same-day changes.
Can it post to individual driver Telegram chats instead of a group?
Yes. If you have individual driver bot chats set up in Telegram, WebRun can post each driver's list privately. The group-post setup is the default and requires no extra Telegram configuration.
