In short

How do I get an automated daily digest of all my active drone jobs?

Every morning, WebRun opens DroneDeploy and reads the status of every active project, including flight progress and deliverable stage. It then posts a clean digest to your team Slack channel grouped by flew yesterday, scheduled today, and awaiting deliverables, so the whole team starts the day informed without opening DroneDeploy manually.

  • The whole team sees job status every morning without logging into DroneDeploy
  • Processing delays are flagged before clients notice them
  • Pilots and project managers start the day on the same page

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens app.dronedeploy.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

Questions, answered

Does it update clients on their job status?

No. This digest is internal only and posts to your team Slack channel. Client-facing status communications are handled separately and require your review before sending.

What if DroneDeploy is still processing a flight overnight?

Processing delays are flagged in the digest with a note on how long the job has been queued, so your team can escalate to DroneDeploy support if needed.

Can I change which Slack channel it posts to?

Yes. During setup you tell WebRun which channel to use, and you can update that at any time in your workflow settings.

Put this on autopilot.
