Questions, answered
Will it send recall messages to members without staff approval?
No. All member-facing recall outreach is drafted and queued in Google Sheets for staff to review and send. No message goes to a member automatically, protecting PHI and keeping a human in the loop.
How does it know if a member has already been contacted?
Staff update the outreach status in the Google Sheets tracker after each contact. WebRun reads that status on the next weekly run and skips members already marked as in-progress or done.
Can it handle members with multiple providers?
Yes. Each member's assigned provider is captured from Hint Health and included in the recall list, so the care coordinator can route outreach to the correct provider team.
