Answer the community questions nobody picked up
Every morning, WebRun signs in to Discord, walks the channels you moderate, finds threads and messages from the last day that got no reply, drafts a suggested answer for each without posting it, writes them into Airtable with the member and channel, and opens a Trello card for anything needing a subject expert.

How do I find community questions that nobody answered?
WebRun triages your Discord community every morning. It walks the channels you moderate, finds threads and questions from the last day with no reply, drafts a suggested answer for each, logs the queue in Airtable, and opens a Trello card for anything needing a subject expert.
- Newcomers stop posting into silence
- Every unanswered question arrives with a draft reply attached
- Questions needing an expert get escalated instead of forgotten

What does WebRun do on every run?
The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.
-
WebRun signs in and gets to work
Opens
discord.com/loginin a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys. -
1
Discord - find unanswered threads
WebRun opens Discord to find unanswered threads. - Sign in to Discord and open each channel you moderate
- Find threads and messages from the last day with no reply
- Note the member, the channel, the question, and how long it has waited
- Draft a suggested answer for each one and keep it as text for review, never post it in the channel
Done when Every unanswered question from yesterday has a draft reply waiting for a human.
-
2
Airtable - log the queue
WebRun opens Airtable to log the queue. - Write one Airtable row per unanswered question with the channel, member, and hours waiting
- Paste the drafted reply into the row for a moderator to edit and post
- Mark rows as answered once a reply appears in the thread
- Sort so first-time posters sit at the top
Done when The Airtable queue matches what is still unanswered in Discord.
-
3
Trello - escalate the hard ones
WebRun opens Trello to escalate the hard ones. - Open a Trello card for questions that need a product or engineering answer
- Include the thread link, the question, and the member who asked
- Skip questions that already have an open card
- Leave posting to a moderator: WebRun drafts, a person replies
Done when Every question needing an expert has a card with its thread link.
How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it post replies in my server?
No. Every suggested answer is drafted into Airtable for a moderator to edit and post. WebRun never posts a message, reacts, or DMs a member in your Discord server.
How does it decide a thread is unanswered?
It looks for threads and messages from the last day with no reply from anyone, then records how long each has waited, so a question sitting overnight is separated from one posted minutes ago.
Can it cover only some channels?
Yes. List the channels you moderate and WebRun walks those alone, so private staff channels and off-topic rooms stay out of the queue entirely.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
