Will it raise a dispute or contact support for me?
No. WebRun only reads your orders and statements and writes the findings to your own Trello board and WhatsApp. Raising a query with Deliveroo stays a human decision, with the numbers already prepared.
What if a refund is legitimate?
It still appears, with its order reference and stated reason, so you can see the refund rate as well as the individual cases. Legitimate refunds explain the gap rather than becoming queries.
Can it catch a deduction with no order behind it?
Yes. Adjustments and fees that do not match any order in the period are separated out and each gets its own Trello card with the amount at stake, which is where most recoverable money hides.
