Questions, answered
Will it reply to customers who left feedback?
No. WebRun never messages a customer. Accounts worth following up are listed in the Notion readout, and a person on your team decides what to say and sends it.
Does it change anything in Delighted?
No. The run is read-only in Delighted. It does not send surveys, edit a survey, resolve a response, or change any setting. Only your Airtable base and Notion page are written to.
Where do the themes come from?
From the actual comment text in last week's responses. WebRun groups similar comments and reports the three most common, quoting a real response for each so the theme is checkable.
