Know what is due to leave the account before it leaves

Every morning, WebRun signs in to Deutsche Bank online banking, reads the standing orders, direct debits and scheduled payments still to be taken, builds the week's committed outgoings against the current balance in Google Sheets, and puts each payment on Google Calendar on the day it is due so a shortfall is visible days ahead.

In short

How do I see what payments are due to leave my account this week?

WebRun forecasts your outgoings every morning. It reads the standing orders, direct debits and scheduled payments still to be taken from your Deutsche Bank account, builds a running balance in Google Sheets, and puts each due date on Google Calendar, so a shortfall shows days before it bites.

  • Committed outgoings are visible fourteen days ahead
  • A short day is flagged before a direct debit is returned
  • Every payment sits on the calendar with its payee and amount

Questions, answered

Can it make, cancel or amend a payment?

No. WebRun only reads your scheduled payments and balance. Setting up, cancelling, or changing a payment is never done on its own, because moving money is not reversible.

Where does the account data end up?

In your own Google Sheet and your own Google Calendar. Nothing is sent to a third party, and the calendar entries carry the payee and amount only, never an account number.

What happens when a direct debit is cancelled?

WebRun reads the live schedule each morning, so a cancelled payment drops off the forecast and its calendar entry is removed on the next run.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
